These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToddlerCall ("the app"). By downloading or using ToddlerCall, you agree to these Terms.
ToddlerCall is designed to enable emergency video calling for young children. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — providing a safe, reliable way for a child to contact trusted family members in an emergency.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a household or subscription account. Child and receiver-only accounts are configured by a parent or guardian.
The parent device role requires a yearly in-app subscription, billed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
Child devices and receiver-only devices are free and do not require a subscription.
ToddlerCall is not a substitute for emergency services. The 911 option in the app opens the native Phone app and does not make an automatic emergency call. Always ensure children know how to reach emergency services through standard means as well.
ToddlerCall is not monitored, and we cannot dispatch emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your household and the devices that access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your household account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@toddlercall.com.
ToddlerCall and its contents are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
ToddlerCall is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any failure to connect a call in an emergency situation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Call connectivity depends on device availability, internet connection, and third-party services outside our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ToddlerCall for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your data — see our Privacy Policy for data deletion options.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
